Grab your friends, family and dogs and head to Dominguez Park in Redondo Beach, California on June 2 at 8:30 a.m. for the inaugural DogFest Los Angeles benefiting Canine Companions for Independence. Honorary Chair Laura Numeroff, author of If You Give a Mouse a Cookie and Raising a Hero, will be reading and signing copies of Raising a Hero during DogFest Los Angeles! Raising a Hero will be available for purchase at DogFest for $15, with $5 of every book sold benefitting Canine Companions.
