ABOUT: Pet Companion Magazine is independently published. Established in 2009, it was originally a digest-sized local magazine for the Coachella Valley, titled Desert Pet Companion. The magazine soon expanded to include information and distribution covering all of Southern California, dropping the “Desert” portion of its name in 2015 to reflect that growth. The Spring 2020 issue saw the magazine go from a digest to a full-sized magazine. PCM continues to evolve, adding region-specific versions to the core publication.
