TOP DOG’s Howl’oween Party & K9 Costume Contest
- THREE Contest times! 3pm, 4pm and 5pm
- Each contest group will do a short parade walk to Main Street(winners determined by crowd applause)
- Multiple winners for each contest will receive gifts and ALL participants receive cookie cups and treats
